Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Gebiet an einem Weg ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Pool und 7-Personen Whirlpool laden zu Sport und Massage. Eine ideale Lage für eine Familie mit Kindern und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge ins Djurs Sommerland, das Kattegatcenter und zum Bummeln in Aarhus. Auch ist der Nationapark Mols Bjerge ein Ausflugsziel mit einer einzigartigen Natur. Sehenswert sind auch die engen Gassen Ebeltofts. Nach Ebeltoft führt, abseits vom Autoverkehr, ein Radweg. Auch befindet sich ein 14 km langer MTB-Radweg nicht weit vom Ferienhaus.
