Dieses Ferienhäuschen mit Meerblick steht nur etwa 70 m von der Küste bei Assens entfernt! Das Haus wurde 2018 ansprechend renoviert und mit weiß gestrichenen Wänden und Decken sowie hellem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Zudem wurde die Kücheneinrichtung 2020 erneuert.

Vom lichten Wohnbereich mit Essecke hat man direkten Zugang zur teilweise überdachten Terrassenfläche. Außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Dusche/WC im Haus. Für die Kleinen gibt es Hochstuhl und Kinderbett. Obwohl es Platz für 4 Personen bietet, ist es ein kleines Haus.
