Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 152 m² and is build in 2008. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1035 m² natural site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 120 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

General:
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Auch wenn es einige Mängel im Haus gab, die auch nicht behebbar waren, ist das Haus ein Ort, wo man sich wohlfühlen kann. Wir waren nur zu zweit im Haus und hatten somit genug Platz. Für 6 Personen ist ein Bad mit einer Toilette sicherlich zu wenig. Für Kinder gibt es keinerlei Spielangebote im Haus oder drumherum. Daher bitte alles mitbringen. Die Ferienhaussiedlung ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig und der Weg zum Meer sehr kurz. Vom Haus aus ist das Meer wunderbar zu sehen. Die Aussenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und jede Woche wurde von den Eigentümern der Rasen gemäht. Das war gar nicht störend und man hat sich auf diesem Wege auch kennengelernt. Die Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus und daher gibt es nur kurze Wege. Eine Sauna wäre im Herbst/Winter sich nett, aber die gibt es eben nicht. Der Strand direkt an der Feriensiedlung ist sehr schmal. Etwa 500m weiter Richtung Baring ist richtig toller Sandstrand und breit ist er auch. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und lädt zum Schwimmen ein

Der var meget kold i sommerhuset da vi ankom. Vi skruede op for gulvvarmen, men det tog et par dage før der var en tilpas varme huset. Der burde have været tændt for varmen inden vi ankom.
