The hilly plot is really charming, and from the beautiful terrace, you can enjoy views of several summer houses and the beautiful nature. You can spend many hours in the sun here! There are solar panels on the house, and the electricity consumption is incredibly cheap. The summer house is smoke-free, and youth groups are not allowed.
