Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 55 m² and is build in 1971. In 2025 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets.} Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 2264 m² garden site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4400 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 8200 m. The holiday home has an covered and enclosed terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex and 2 of them are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, 250-300m vom Wasser entfernt in einer kleinen Siedlung. Nur ganz kleiner Steinstrand. Das Grundstück selbst ist nicht eingezäunt, die gepflasterte Terasse ist umzäunt.

Havde en god ferie med familien men der stod at der ville være en barneseng men det var der ikke

Skøn beliggenhed med kun 400 meter til stranden. Smukt kig til havet fra huset. Velfungerende sommerhus. Kort køretur til såvel Kerteminde og Nyborg, som begge har rigtig meget at byde på!

Et rigtig skønt, hyggeligt sommerhus og dejligt område med den helt rigtige hygge. Huset var rent, godt indrettet, og der er fint plads til 6 personer. Vi var rigtig godt tilfredse, og kunne godt finde på at vende tilbage ?? Haven er stor og dejlig, og der er kun en kort gåtur til vandet. Huset kan helt klart anbefales ?????
