Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 103 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 2005. In 2026 the holiday home was partial renovated. In 2016 the holiday home was thoroughly restored. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 300 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Access to a balcony. You find a tool shed. Two grills are available (one for a gas and one for coal). Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Bluetooth speaker. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. No letting to craftsmen. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus liegt in der hinteren Reihen. Die Kids hatten auf der Wiese Platz zum Spielen. Zudem gab es auch Spiele im Schuppen. Das Haus war gemütlich eingerichtet mit Deko, Bildern und bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten (Betten etwas weicher). Schön waren auch die Vorhänge. Machten ein schönes Licht (nicht zu grell) Super war die Info, dass das Haus eher fertig war, da wir schon ab 11 Uhr vor Ort waren. Leider war der Strand sehr schmal und steinig(Badeschuhe waren gut) und man konnte schön Krebse angeln. Sonst war Angeln nicht so gut.

Hadde 14 fantastiske dager på Bro Strand. To voksne og to barn. Hus, fasiliteter, avstander og strand/bademuligheter var helt supert.

Hele mooi huisje. Van de spa en de jacuzzi hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt, omdat het buiten te mooi weer was. Het zenderaanbod op de tv zo iets uitgebreider mogen, of een smart TV om eventueel te streamen. Maar verder is alles top in orde. Afsluitbaat schuurtje voor de fietsen. Mocht je er heen gaan, geniet ervan!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Kleinigkeiten: Nur die Matratzen (zumindest im EG) waren sehr weich/durchgelegen. Und die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht einwandfrei.

Wat een fantastisch vakantiehuisje! Gezellig ingericht en zeer schoon. En wat een rust op het park. Echt een aanrader! Het strandje vlakbij het huisje is een heerlijk plekje!
