The holiday home is situated on a 300 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Gute Lage, schöne Anlage, die Ausstattung muss modernisiert werden, mittlerweile sieht man die 20 Jahre auch in der Ausstattung des Hauses, bis auf den TV, der ist modern. Aber rostiger Geschirrspüler, kaputter Besteckkasten, defekter Wäschetrockner, hohes Unkraut auf der Terrasse, verwitterte Terrasse, speckige Polstermöbel, wackelige Tische und Stühle, stinkender Abfluss sind für den Preis nicht in Ordnung.

Grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Haus. Leider ist die Sofaecke nicht für 6 Personen ausgelegt, dazu ist das Sofa sehr durchgesessen. Es waren auch viele kleine Dinge defekt wie einige Geschirrteile, der Esstisch ist total wackelig usw. Aber das grösste Problem war das die Fußbodenheizung im Bad nicht funktionierte. Nach Meldung der Mängel bei Sonne und Strand haben wir leider vom Hausbesitzer nichts mehr gehört. Es war Nachts doch schon ziemlich kalt im Bad.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es müssten einige Geräte und auch die Couch und auch die Sessel unbedingt ausgetauscht werden.

Das Ferienhaus hatte alles, was es braucht, um sich dort wohlzufühlen; man kommt am Abend gern dorthin zurück.
