Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 71 m² and is build in 1966. In 2017 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 928 m² garden site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 10 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 5 m² covered terrace. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. You find a tool shed.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Ich buche bei Sonne und Strand schon zum fünften Mal, bis jetzt hatte ich absolut keine Probleme. Die gesamte Logistik ist sehr präzise, man fühlt sich gut informiert und betreut. Das Haus ist interessant eingerichtet , alle Haushalts- und Küchengeräte sind da. Die Nachbarn drüben waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus! Besonders gut hat uns natürlich der Ausblick und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand gefallen. Man ist tatsächlich in einer Minute unten am Wasser. Der Strand ist nicht groß, was wir so aber von der Ostsee in Dänemark kennen und lieben. Es gibt keine Menschenmassen am Strand. Ein Badesteg lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist klein, aber alles funktioniert wunderbar. Es gibt zwei Terrassen und einen schönen Garten mit Obststräuchern und Obstbäumen. Die Betten waren bequem. Ein Zimmer hatte um das Bett herum nicht viel Platz, aber für Gepäck und Kleidung hat sich ein Platz gefunden. Das einzige, was vielleicht für den einen oder anderen ein Manko sein könnte, ist, dass der Fernseher an deutschen Sendern nur das ZDF aufweist. Aber das sollte im Urlaub eigentlich kein Problem sein, finde ich. Abends könnte man vom Wohnzimmer aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachten oder dies von einer Bank oberhalb des Wassers tun. Es hat alles super geklappt! Wir durften die Besitzer des Hauses kennenlernen, sie sind super nett und waren sehr bemüht uns einen tollen Urlaub zu ermöglichen! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine schöne Lage mit einem tollen Blick auf das Wasser, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit wirklich allem was man zum Kochen benötigt. Wir hatten eine wundervolle, erholsame Woche, vielen Dank!!!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und hell und hat einen großen Garten. Es liegt sehr ruhig und sehr dicht an einem kleinen Naturstrand. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Wintergarten hat mir sehr gut gefallen und die Lage des Hauses.
