In 2022 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is ground heat. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 250 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 30 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Situated 300 m from a playground. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 4,8 m wide, 10 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The youngest guests can enjoy the children’s pool.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 10 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

General:
Das Haus hat einen grandiosen Ausblick, egal in welchem Teil des Hauses man sich aufhält. < br />Die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet, gleicht aber eher einer Kochecke, wenn man zu zweit dort kocht ist es ein bisschen eng, aber es funktioniert ganz gut. < br />Die Zimmer sind für Ferienhausverhältnisse wirklich großzügig und bieten ausreichen Platz und auch die Betten sind bequem. Auch die Dusche im hinteren Teil des Hauses bietet viel Platz. < br />Der Pool ist wirklich groß und wurde gerne genutzt und auch der Jacuzzi ist super und man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick. < br />
