Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 154 m² and is build in 1988. In 2022 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 90 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1430 m² garden site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 13300 m. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Swing. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 6 sleeping places in single beds. One of the rooms is close to the pool area, so noise from there may occur. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

General:
Vi har holdt efterårsferie i dette hus i 2025. Huset bære præg af meget slidtage, og trænger til en gennemrenovering og oprydning. Slidte senge, meget slidt barnestol, dørkarme som er gået i opløsning på toiletterne ved poolen. Helt rusten radiator på den ene toilet og toilet skabe med total rustne beslag. Gamle brætspil som ikke er intakte. Slidte køkkenknive som var gamle og helt mørnet i håndtagene. Stort hul i sofabordet. Poolen taber vand så på vores 6 overnatninger var der poolmand 3 gange for at efterfylde poolen. Døren til poolrummet kan ikke lukke ordentligt. Ødelagt gulv under varmepumpe i stuen. Der var beskidt i huset da vi ankom og gammel kaffe og te i kanderne. Emhætten suger ikke, så der er røg i hele huset. Pæne persienner i alle værelserne
