In 2004 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 15 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 595 m² garden site. Situated 450 m from the sea. Situated 300 m from lake. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 8000 m. A 45 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.
