Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 126 m² and is build in 1996. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is ground heat. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 120 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1900 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 900 m away. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 30 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 5 m long . The water temperature is between 27 and 30 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie med familien, men huset er ikke egnet til små børn / hund, da hele grunden er åben. En meget slidt hus indvendigt, som bæger præg af mange udlejninger. Dejligt pool område med spa, pool, sauna. Huset ligger skønt, med sol hele dagen. Dejligt område til gåture.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, haben viel unternommen Pool hatte 30 Grad und was auch schön war,der Poolservice war in 14 Tagen , zwei mal da.Das gibt Sicherheit das alles okay mit dem Wasser ist.

Wir haben mit 4 Personen das Haus gemietet und es war reichlich Platz auch für 6 Personen gut geeignet. Der Pool war super und die Sauna wurde auch genutzt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das erste mal ohne Rücken schmerzen nach Hause gefahren. Im küchenbereich war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Gruß aus Cuxhaven
