On the spacious sloping plot, there is also a swing set for children and a lockable shed. Please note that the house is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.

There is also a dining area for 6 people. The house has 6 sleeping spaces, divided into 2 lovely bedrooms with double beds and a cozy alcove with 2 sleeping spaces, accessible from the living room. The house is located 600 meters from Egsmark Strand, one of the most child-friendly sandy beaches in the area. The area also offers many opportunities for lovely hiking and biking trips, water sports, and fishing from the NATO pier. Ebeltoft, with its atmospheric old town, several attractions, and good shopping options, is just a few kilometers away.
