Het huis heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud.Kan door simpele ingrepen worden geupdate. Douchekop, WC bril, vieze kussens. Doorgezeten bank. Vieze eethoekstoelen. Een koekenpan waar aanbaklaag van stuk is. En nog nog wel meer van dat soort kleine dingen, doet afbreuk aan het huis.De omgeving maakt veel goed.
