Holiday flat suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 76 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1870. In 1997 the holiday home was renovated. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 15 litres.

Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 250 m away. Access to a balcony.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located on the bed-loft of the house, and 2 are located in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven.

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. < br />Die Warnung bezüglich der Treppe ist berechtigt - die Treppe ist steil und schmal (v.a. zum Schlafzimmer hinauf) und es war eine kleine Herausforderung, mit den Koffern nicht alle Bilder von der Wand zu kehren. Aber da wir durch die Beschreibung "vorgewarnt" waren, war das ok. Und wir sind fit genug, um die Treppe zu bewältigen. < br /> < br />Insgesamt ist die Wohnung so charmant eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort so wohl gefühlt (und die Eigentümer sind so nett), dass wir über die kleinen, harmlosen Unannehmlichkeiten gut hinwegsehen konnten.

Dejlig lys og hyggelig lejlighed helt centralt i Fåborg. Som beskrevet er soveværelserne ikke adskilt af en dør, men ikke noget problem for os. Komfuret kunne trænge til en udskiftning.

Dejligt sted. Hyggeligt hus. Møblerne kunne godt være mere komfortable i stuen. Ligger fantastisk i forhold til både vand og bymidte.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, der Balkon ist sehr schön. Insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus. Es könnten mehr Töpfe sein , ansonsten ist die Küchenausstattung gut. Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist sehr steil, man kann sich jedoch sehr gut an den Geländern links und rechts festhalten und dann klappt es auch. Die Lage ist toll, schnell am Hafen, schnell an der Bushaltestelle. 3 Supermärkte in naher Umgebung, Eisladen direkt unten drunter.

Perfekt beliggenhed midt i charmerende Faaborg (med hyggelig "by-støj" og supertæt på lystbådehavnen/havnebadet. Dem sydvendt tagterrasse er skøn. Rum-fordelingen er lidt upraktisk, med soverpladser i direkte forbindelse med hinanden.
