General:
Dejligt hus med en god beliggenhed tæt på Faaborg by og indkøb. Meget stille og ugeneret og med en dejlig have med terrasse. Huset er godt indrettet og med et meget veludstyret køkken og en dejlig stue. Badeværelset er af ældre dato og kunne godt trænge til bedre vedligehold; og så er det super ærgerligt at haven ikke er indhegnet når man har hund med. Men alt i alt rigtig dejligt hus. Det kan anbefales at gå turen rundt om søen og se den flotte udsigt over Faaborg fra toppen af bakken.
