There is district-heating. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 35 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 107 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 165 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 160 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).
