The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 800 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3500 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

General:
Das Haus bietet einen tollen geräumigen Wohnraum mit viel Meerblick. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist okay. Die Küche reicht gut aus. Der Rest des Hauses braucht etwas Modernisierung. Besonders das Bad. Leider haben wir das Haus recht schmutzig vorgefunden. Ein paar technische Mängel muss man auch verzeihen können. Abgesehen von der Hygiene war ich mit dem Haus zufrieden.
