Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1947. In 2008 the holiday home was renovated. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors.} Freezer capacity of 70 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1500 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 25 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Sicherungskasten befindet sich im Nebengebäude.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Radfahrer etwas weit entfernt ( und mit zahlreichen Steigungen versehen )

Dejligt hus, fantastisk udsigt, god strand. Huset ligger i et natur skønt område, der indbyder til gå og cykelture. Huset er mindre egnet til en familie med små børn på grund af trappen op til hems. Den er stejl og med smalle trin.

Ein wunderbares, gemütliches und modernes Haus,mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche,einem sehr guten Bett,hervorragenden und sauberen Gartenmöbeln. Ein phantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Grundstück besteht aus Blumenrabatten und Kübeln,kein Rasen. Die Straße vor der Tür war nur am Wochenende stärker befahren,es hat mich aber nicht gestört.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus. Leider mussten wir früher abreisen aufgrund eines Unfalls meinerseits. Aber wir kommen wieder. ??

Tolles Haus, direkte Strandlage. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles im sehr guten Zustand. Kommen gerne wieder.

„Beste Lage am Meer. Tolle Unterkunft auf kleinem Grundstück mit schöner Terrasse. Man ist einerseits für sich, jedoch nicht abgeschieden mitten im Nirgendwo. Die vielen kleinen Häuschen sowie die ruhige Strandstraße vor der Tür erzeugen ein wunderbares mittendrin Urlaubsgefühl. Im Haus ist alles was man benötigt und der WLAN-Empfang ist tadellos. Die Einrichtung ist schick und mit gut ausgesuchten Accessoires abgerundet. Einkaufen und Tanken keine 3 km entfernt. Eis und kleine Snacks 200 Meter den Strand entlang. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt und man morgens barfuß mit der Kaffeetasse über die Terrasse an den Strand geht, ist man da, wo man hinwollte. Im Urlaub."
