Holiday flat suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 2006. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is solar heat. (Heats the water). The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 250 m² garden site. Situated 6000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 12 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing

Dit huis is zeer netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken met voldoende keukengerief. Veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt die gemakkelijk bereikbaar zijn met de wagen (strand, kalksteengroeve, Stevns Klint). De enige nadelen zijn dat er geen beddengoed kon gehuurd worden en dat er geen verduistering voorzien was voor 2 ramen in de keuken.
