Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 1980. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 95 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 862 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Outdoor shower. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. There are two grills available (one gas and one charcoal). Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Malerisch gelegenes Haus mit grossem Garten (das Bild täuscht, inzwischen mit Rasen) und Anbau mit Tischtennis. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht und trotz miesen Wetter wurde uns nie langweilig.
