Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 104 m² and is build in 2022. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2700 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5000 m. A terrace and a covered terrace belongs to the holiday home. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Outdoor sauna. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Fin beliggenhed men husets kvalitet og pris passer slet ikke sammen i forhold til andre Sol og Strand huse vi har lejet tidligere.

Dejligt sommerhus i skønne omgivelser. Ikke så stort et sommerhusområde, hvilket passede os godt. Og så var vi jo helt centralt beliggende i forhold vandreture i Svanninge Bakker, hygge i Faaborg, Dyreborg, Falsled, Horne, Helnæs - der er vildt smukt på sydfyn :-)

Vi havde en skøn weekenden hele familien. Sommerhuset er dejlig. Vi kunne være på vores værelser hver især, hvis havde brug for det. Og køkken-alrum var så fint indrettet og udsigten var mageløs.

Dejligt sommerhus, skøn beliggenhed. Mangler: et sommerhus til 10 pers. kan ikke nøjes med 2 rødvinsglas! - en manual til ovnen bør være der! - ligeledes en postkasse og et mere synligt husnummer.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Ein bischen mehr Geschirr und Gläser für den Genuss (Weingläser) wären schön gewesen, aber das ist auch das Einzige was zu erwähnen wäre.

Das Ferienhaus ist modern, für einen Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe hervorragend geeignet. Sauna und Whirlpool bieten Entspannung pur. Lediglich bei einer vielköpfigen Belegung ist vielleicht das Geschirr ein wenig zu knapp bemessen. Ansonsten alles top.

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wer den Trubel liebt ist falsch. Erholung pur in einem großzügigen, komfortablen Ferienhaus.
