Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 85 m² and is build in 2009. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1700 m² natural site. Situated 2100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 7900 m away. A 35 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Das Ferienhaus ist vollkommen auf die Bedürfnisse von Urlaubern ausgerichtet, so verfügt es über mehrere Terrassen, die alle auch mit Tischen und Stühlen bestückt sind, was lästiges Möbelrücken erspart. < br />Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, die Inneneinrichtung neutral und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung- nun ja, mitten in einer Ferienhaussiedlung, allerdings hat dieses Haus auch einen ungestörten Blick auf eine, zugegebenermaßen etwas langweilige Wiese, auf der ab und an zwei Pferde weiden. Von der Ostsee ist man noch etwas entfernt, allerdings sind unzählige Zugänge zu Badestellen nach kurzer Autofahrt zu finden. Ein schönes Haus, in dem ein Urlaub gut gelingen kann.

Beautiful modern house with lots of natural light. We were lucky and had wonderful weather the whole week, which obviously made the house pretty hot, but even though there is aircondition available we did not have to use it, as we could always find a lovely spot outside. The grounds are very nice and we had deer walking by every day. The location is beautiful and there are neighbouring summer houses and you do hear other people, but the house is located in a way that gives you a lot of privacy.

Leider lässt sich der Whirlpool sich nich soweit mit heißem Wasser befüllen, so dass man ihn benutzen kann. Die letzte Düse hat kein Wasser und wenn man ihn weiter gefüllt ist das Wasser kalt. Wohnung an sich sehr schön, ruhige Umgebung und schön gelegen.

Det er 4 gang vi lejer dette sommerhus, og der er altid sket lidt forbedringer siden sidst. Det har en super beliggenhed, med fantastisk natur og 2 søde heste som nabo, som kommer en gang imellem og ser om de kan tigge en gulerod. Mega hyggeligt. ??

Vi havde endnu en dejlig ferie i huset. Huset indeholder alt, hvad man har brug for som familie, og det ligger i et virkelig dejligt område med rigtig gode muligheder for ture i Mols Bjerge. Vi var i kontakt med Sol og Strand af flere omgange (ikke pga huset), og de reagerede hver gang med det samme og leverede virkelig god service. Vi kan klart anbefale Sol og Strand og huset på Svampedamvej 16

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i sommerhuset på Svampedamvej. For os som familie på fem fungerer det rigtigt fint. Stor grund med plads til leg, men også bare i et dejligt naturskønt område med heste og sø med besøg af fiskehejre, ællinger mv.
