The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 74 litres. Further more there is 1 gas fireplace.

The holiday home is situated on a 4400 m² natural site. Situated 2800 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 8300 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room and 2 of them are located on the bed-loft.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend und ist ideal für Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung, aber auch für einen Strandurlaub. Es ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, hell und funktional. Es ist zwar für 8 Personen ausgewiesen, aber nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert, da nur zwei richtige Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit einer Toilette vorhanden sind. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und müsste ausgebessert werden.

Skønt hus med alt det køkkenudstyr du behøver. Streaming var ikke så nemt at finde ud af. Området er meget lækkert. Vær obs på at indkørslen er meget stejl.

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Es ist modern, trotzdem sehr gemütlich und einfach schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr groß und bietet alles was man braucht. Schöne Schlafzimmer und eine gemütliche "Chillkoje";-) Wenn man aus den Fenstern schaut und die Baumwipfel erblickt, hat man das Gefühl in einem Urwald zu sein......Im kleinen Teich vor dem Haus treffen sich immer wieder Enten um Spaß zu haben. Die schöne "hygellige" Feuerstelle vor dem Haus konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, ist aber sicher ebenfalls ein highlight. Der Aussenbereich insgesamt bietet so viele Sitzmöglichkeiten um es sich gemütlich zu machen....perfekt! Minimaler Wermutstropfen war die nicht wirklich gute Auffahrt zum Haus. Da sollte etwas verbessert werden. Relativ steil, sandig (steiniger) Untergrund. Wir sind mit unserem Auto (Frontantrieb und im Kofferraum voll beladen) nicht hochgekommen, da die Räder durchgedreht haben. Es hat dem ansonsten wirklich tollen Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan.
