Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 72 m² and is build in 1997. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 45 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1100 m² dune site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. A 12 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 14 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Ein nettes Ferienhaus mit absoluter Ruhe. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sauberkeit in Ordnung.

Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, alles was man im Urlaub erwartet hat war auch vorhanden. Toll war die Lage da man den Nachbarn auch nicht gleich so dicht auf der Pelle hatte.

Superschönes Ferienhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel und mit einer perfekten Lage. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit einem bis zwei Kindern.

Das Ferienhaus erfüllt exakt die Erwartungen. Schöne und entspannte Lage. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das bequeme Bett. Schade beim Duschen, dass dabei das gesamte Bad geflutet wird. Zu Zweit ist das Haus ideal.
