Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1995. In 2002 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 33 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 950 m² natural site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Situated 200 m from lake. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 12000 m. A 35 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Ferienhaus liegt fast direkt hinter der Düne zum herrlichen Sandstrand umgeben vom typischen Dünenbewuchs, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ferringsee und anderen Ferienhäusern. Es ist leicht zu finden. Hat den Eingang auf der Rückseite und zwei große Terrassen. Diese sind mit vielen Stühlen , zwei Sonnenliegen und zwei großen Tischen ausgestattet, Auflagen, Sandspielzeug und ein kleiner Grill sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem. Der Schlafboden ist über eine steile Leiter zu erreichen, nur für gelenkige Erwachsene und größere Kinder. Unserer Meinung nach kann das Ferienhaus für einen längeren Urlaub mit vier Personen genutzt werden. Bei mehr Leuten und schlechtem Wetter wird es kuschelig eng.

Wir fühlen uns in Dänemark sehr wohl. Das Haus war eine Notlösung, weil kein anderes Haus für 3 Wochen verfügbar war. Dennoch hat das Haus alles was man braucht und wir sind zurecht gekommen. Die Atmosphäre in Dänemark und der Strand ist toll.

Ein tolles Haus mit einer sehr guten Lage. Das Haus wirkt sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Erwähnenswert sind die vielen Deutschen TV-Sender. Für Kinder ist dss Haus gut geeignet und bietet genügend Platz, um sich wohlzufühlen.

Das Haus ist soweit okay,ist halt älter. Dafür ist der Weg zum Strand/Meer sehr kurz,ebenso zum See. Gut um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Trubel findet man hier nicht. Für mich positiv. Strand sehr sauber,ich habe persönlich mehrmals miterlebt wie ein Mitarbeiter der Kommune den Strand abgefahren hat und Unrat und Platik,halt alles was angespült wird,in die vorgesehenen Boxen zu entsorgen.
