Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . 1 of the beds is only suitable for an older child (4-11 years). The holiday home is 65 m² and is build in 1965. In 2005 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1100 m² natural site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 30 m² enclosed terrace belongs to the holiday home. Swing. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, mini oven, baking oven, microwave oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Stereo set. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit 1 Hund haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlte nichts an Utensilien. Toll war die eingezäunte Terrasse. Das Haus ist einfach, so wie in meiner Kindheit die Sommerhäuser waren, aber schön. Mit einem schönen Blick auf die Kuhweide und kurzem Weg zum Meer. Wir würden es weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.Das Haus liegt nah am Strand und die große Terrasse ist auch super. Abstriche muss man allerdings im Haus machen...die Kommoden konnte man wegen modrig schimmligen Geruchs nicht nutzen, in dem Zimmer mit dem Doppelstockbett war der Geruch am schlimmsten , deswegen konnten wir es nicht nutzen und ein Kind hat auf dem Sofa schlafen müssen.

Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, die Einrichtung insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen! In der Küche ist wenig Platz für die Zubereitung von Speisen Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und haben sie gerne genutzt Für Allergiker ist das Haus nur bedingt geeignet, da die Teppiche leider ziemlich alt und mit Hundehaaren versehen sind Die Nähe zum Strand ist ein Traum und die Ruhe der Gegend ist extrem schön Wir werden das nächste Mal wollen wir mal in den Norden von Dänemark

Das Haus ist rundum gut in Schuss. Da es recht klein ist, fehlte wohl der Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Für uns kein Problem, für eine Familie mit Kindern könnte es schwieriger werden.
