Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 93 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1900. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1513 m² natural site. Situated 2500 m from the sea. Situated 700 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 20000 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Outdoor shower. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 1 of these sleeping accommmodations is located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Das Haus ist recht einsam gelegen und wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt leider unten gar keine Brücken oder Teppiche was nicht besonders wohnlich oder gemütlich ist. Die Betten sind sehr hart und ich hatte große Probleme schlaf zu finden. Die Umgebung ist abwechslungsreich und läd zum wandern, radfahren, wassersport und entspannen ein.

Godt sommerhus med plads til 5 plus en baby seng god plads udenfor til at børn kunne lege og spille bold ,plads til at man kunne sidde ude og nyde sin morgen mad .

Ein super schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus , sehr liebevoll und zweckmäßig ausgestattet ! ??wir hatten eine tolle böllerfreie Zeit dort mit unserer Hündin und kommen gerne wieder ??… kleiner Hinweis … für einen Ascheeimer ist ein Deckel wichtig ??… aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau . Es war toll .

Wir haben bei der Ankunft Sonne und Strand kontaktiert, leider wird dann nur gesagt wir sprechen mit dem Eigentümer kommt aber leider nichts nach

Kleines, gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung. Das Haus liegt geschützt. Im Haus ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Wer nicht nur an den Strand möchte, sondern etwas unternehmen will, liegt mit diesem Haus richtig.

Tolles gemütliches Bauernhaus mit passenden Garten. Der direkte Nachbar und 2 Grundstücke weiter haben Hunde. Der Nachbar weiter weg lässt seine Hunde frei laufen. Also aufpassen. Ansonsten fehlen ein paar Verstaumöglichkeiten für Anziehsachen im EG oder eine Waschmaschine damit man wenig mitnehmen muss. Wir haben die Zeit trotzdem sehr genossen

Für einen frostig stürmischen Winter ist dieses Haus tatsächlich leider nicht geeignet. Wir hatten echt Probleme das Haus, trotz Kamin, Wärmepumpe und Elektroheizkörpern, warm zu halten. Auch die Fußbodenheizung hat das kleine Bad bei Minusgraden leider nicht warm bekommen. Im Winter 2022/23 hat es von Mietern eine ähnliche Bewertung bekommen, leider taucht diese nirgendwo mehr auf, obwohl es meiner Meinung nach ein wichtiger Aspekt ist. Also, liebe Vermittler, bitte alle Bewertung öffentlich machen und auch lassen. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Hot Tube ist super, auch bei Sturm und Schnee.
