Holiday home - 6 persons - Illeborgvej - Fjand - 6990 - Ulfborg

Close to the forest and heath and only a few hundred metres from the North Sea is this beautiful wooden house with 124 sqm of living space. The plot measures a huge 5,600 square metres and is partly unspoilt.

The large, open-plan living area is somewhat angled, so the parlour, dining area and kitchen are nicely separated from each other, while at the same time creating a great sense of space. Lots of windows and a large panoramic window let in light - you'll feel like you're surrounded by nature even when you're inside. The wellness area with sauna and whirlpool offers relaxation in the cooler months of the year.

Layout: Generously proportioned, bright living room with well-equipped integrated kitchen, a dining area lined with windows and a beautiful fireplace. A total of 3 bedrooms: two with double bed and one with two single beds. Cozy alcove above the living room – children love to build a little cave here. There are 2 bathrooms: a large, bright shower room with jacuzzi and access to the sauna, and a smaller shower room. At the holiday home you will find several beautiful terraces.

Freezer capacity approx. 50 l.
