Large holiday home located just 1,200 meters from the North Sea, set on a huge 5,700 m² natural plot. Here you get plenty of space, peace, and activities all in one place – ideal for multiple families or larger groups of friends.

The house offers 8 comfortable bedrooms, 4 modern bathrooms, and 6 loft sleeping spaces, accommodating up to 22 people.

Pool, spa, and relaxation
Large pool area with a 20 m² swimming pool, counter-current system, and water slide. In addition, there is a spa for 6 people and a sauna – perfect after a day at the beach.
Outside, you will find a new wooden terrace with a jacuzzi and a cold-water tub.

As a guest, you also get free access to Hvide Sande Swimming Hall for up to 22 people. Perfect if you want to try even bigger water slides, diving boards, and multiple pools – or simply enjoy an extra experience during your stay.

Plenty of activities – indoors and outdoors
Indoors, you’ll find an activity room with billiards, table football, shuffleboard, table tennis and darts. There is also a new home cinema with real cinema seats, a 90” TV and a sound system – perfect for movie nights, gaming on the PS4 with four controllers, or enjoying music.

Outside, there is mini golf, a volleyball court, football goals, a trampoline, strength training equipment, swings, a sandbox, badminton, cornhole, swingball, mooncars, ladder golf, and more – ensuring entertainment for both children and adults all day long. The house also features a fenced area for dogs, so your pet can easily join the holiday.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, and a freezer – ideal when you are many.

An energy-efficient and eco-friendly house with an air-to-water heat pump and underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year while keeping heating costs low – even in winter.

Additionally, the holiday home is equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
