Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 50 m² and is build in 1965. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Sehr liebe Vermieter, es war alles in Ordnung. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, liegt an der Straße, mit Fahrzeugstellplatz auf dem Grundstück. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Café und eine Pizzeria. Bis zum Meer sind es nur 500m zu Fuß. Man kann das Ferienhaus in der schönen Lage nur weiter empfehlen. Danke noch mal an die Vermieter des Hauses.
