Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 2009. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 89 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1210 m² garden site. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 9000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Situated 1000 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Worth knowing

Sehr schönes Haus mit gemütlicher Terrasse in großen Garten Wir haben die Lounge und den Hängesessel auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Im Haus war alles praktisch, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Matratzen waren gut, das Bad geräumig und in der Küche fehlte es uns an nichts.

Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben angetroffen worden. Alles war sehr sauber und wie erwartet. Ein paar kleine Mängel (welche aber den Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigten) waren vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist zu Fuß allerdings mindestens 20 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Leider gab es (wahrscheinlich durch das neue Neubaugebiet) mehr Autoverkehr als erwartet. Ansonsten bietet das Haus alle beschriebenen Annehmlichkeiten. War sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Et rigtig dejligt sommerhus med god fordeling af værelser, indretning, udstyr og underholdning. Pænt og rent.

Dejlige dage i dette hyggelige sommerhus. Der mangler intet og det er virkelig pænt og rent. Den lukkede have gør det hele lidt hyggelige når man sidder ude. Gode behagelige møbler i huset. Vi kommer gerne igen i dette hus
