Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 91 m² and is build in 1996. In 2014 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1437 m² natural site. Situated 90 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit wunderbaren Blick auf Heide und Kattegat. Das Haus verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung, allerdings gibt es nur eine „kleine" Spülmaschine unter dem Herd. Das könnte bei Belegung mit 6-8 Personen schwierig werden.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Auch das Haus, insbesondere der Ausblick,war wunderbar. Am Haus außen sind einige kleine Reparaturen zu machen.
