Dejligt hyggeligt hus med de fornødne faciliteter. Ikke luksus men godt udgangspunkt for en fin ferie.

Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert und gut erklärt. Das Haus war wirklich süß, toll gelegen, ruhig und abgeschieden, nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, wo man auf einer Bank wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge anschauen konnte. Einmal sind wir auf dem Heimweg sogar einem Reh begegnet. Leider hatten wir den Eindruck, dass sehr lange niemand mehr in dem Haus war und auch die letzte Reinigung sehr sehr sehr lange her war. Alles ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und voller Staub, Laub, Spinnenweben und -netzen inkl. Bewohner; die Terrasse und der Garten sind bevölkert von Ameisenhaufen. Wer es top gepflegt und sauber mag, fühlt sich hier vielleicht nicht so wohl. Wir haben uns nach einer ordentlichen Lüft-, Staubsaug- und Feg-Aktion den Rest der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unseren 4-wöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus haben wir sehr genossen. Die Ruhe, der kurze Weg zum Meer, die Gemütlichkeit, Grenaa und die dortigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben uns sehr gefallen, weshalb wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen werden. Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden. Z.B.: der Staubsauger, evtl. eine Holzunterlage zum Stehen unter der Dusche im Garten (im Haus haben wir gar nicht geduscht), ein Wäscheständer.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem tollen Haus. Unsere Highlights waren die helle, offene Wohnküche und das liebevoll gestaltete, umzäunte Grundstück. Auf letzteren konnte sich unsere 2 jährige Tochter auf mehreren Schaukeln, dem Trampolin, einer Rutsche oder einfach der großen Rasenfläche austoben. Die Bäume auf dem Grundstück geben dem Haus ein gewisses Gefühl der Abgeschiedenheit, obwohl sich das Haus in einem Gebiet mit mehreren Häusern befindet. Schöne Badestrände sind gut zu Fuß innerhalb einiger Minuten erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen, hat dadurch aber auch einen gewissen Charme. Das Badezimmer etwas klein aber zweckmäßig.
