Welcome to this stylish and newly built holiday home from 2025, located in the attractive and scenic area of Fjellerup – close to the beautiful coastline of the Kattegat. Here, you are only approx. 900 meters from one of the area’s best and most child-friendly sandy beaches – perfect for relaxing, swimming, and enjoying cozy days by the sea.

The house appears modern, bright, and inviting, with high-quality materials throughout. The natural focal point of the home is the large open-plan kitchen and living area connected to the lounge – a wonderful space with plenty of light and room for socializing. The layout is ideal for up to 6 people and perfectly suited for both families and couples seeking peace, comfort, and nature experiences.

As an added bonus, there is a cozy small loft, ideal for children – a place they will love to use for playing, relaxing, or as a little “den.”

The lovely outdoor areas offer several terrace environments, including a partially covered terrace that extends the long summer evenings and allows you to enjoy being outside in all kinds of weather.

Perfect location for experiences
The area invites you to enjoy long walks and bike rides along the coast and through the beautiful natural surroundings. Within a short driving distance, you will also find Djurs Sommerland – a big hit with families. Additionally, there are several excellent golf courses nearby, making the house ideal for both active and relaxing holidays.

During the summer season, Fjellerup offers a charming holiday atmosphere with cafés, ice cream shops, and small stores.

Wellness & extra comfort
An outdoor whirlpool for 6 people with standing water is currently being installed and will provide relaxation all year round (therefore, it is not yet shown in the photo gallery).

Modern facilities
The holiday home is 70 m² and includes 3 bedrooms with double beds (6 sleeping spaces). It is equipped with an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump, underfloor heating in tiled areas, and a wood-burning stove, ensuring comfort all year round.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, convection oven, microwave, air fryer, and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.

Additionally, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer (60 liters), fast wireless internet, and a TV with built-in streaming services, allowing access to both German and Nordic TV channels.
Plot and practical information
The house is situated on a 1,223 m² natural plot with good parking facilities by the house. The nearest shopping options are only 750 meters away.

As the house is newly built, the lawn has just been sown and is expected to be fully established by summer 2026.



Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. The house is newly built, and the lawn has therefore been newly sown and is expected to be ready for use by summer 2026.
