Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 75 m² and is build in 1975. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 87 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 882 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Da wir nur zu zweit mit Hund fahren, ist es von der Größe perfekt. Für 6 Personen, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben finden wir es allerdings viel zu klein. 4 Personen sind auch noch akzeptabel. Schade ist auch das nur ein Hund erlaubt ist, da wir manchmal auch den Hund meiner Tochter gerne mitnehmen würden. Wir waren schon in 5 verschiedenen Häusern am Raade Strand, dieses gefällt uns am besten und es hat die besten Betten. Es war unser zweites Mal in dem Haus und wir werden es für nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.

Super hyggeligt hus. Faciliteterne fejlede heller ingenting, der var hvad man sku bruge. Hyggeligt med plads til os alle.

Schöner großer Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich. In der Übergangszeit genügen ein paar Holzscheite um das Haus schnell warm zu bekommen. Im Bad könnte etwas mehr Stauraum sein..

Tolles, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Große Auswahl an Outdoor-Spielzeug. Wir kommen wieder!

Trotz bescheidenem Wetter im Oktober hatten wir eine erholsame Woche. Können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es war super sauber und es ist super Ausgestattet. In der Dusche wären Ablagen für Dusch Utensilien schön gewesen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ein schönes sauberes Haus. Fast am Ende einer Sackgasse, sehr ruhig, nicht weit vom schönen Sandstrand. Es wird anscheinend laufend modernisiert/gepflegt. Bei >30 Jahren Dänemark Erfahrung kann ich es nur empfehlen.
