Holiday home suitable for 12 persons . The holiday home is 125 m² and is build in 2005. In 2018 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1986 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 4 of these sleeping places are located in an annex (divided in too 2 bedrooms) and 2 of them are located on the bed-loft. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. There is floor heating in the guest bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Für eine große Familie absolut geeignetes Haus. Es gibt am Esstisch jedoch nur sechs Stühle, dafür aber zwei Kinderstühle. Die Lage ist gut, zum Wasser läuft man nur etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten. Das Grundstück ist groß und hat einen tollen Innenhof.

General:
Huset havde de fysiske rammen vi havde brug for til en stor familie. Det var hyggelig, selvom det er et stort hus både inde og ikke mindste den hyggelige gård, hvor der også var læg, når det blæste. Dejligt anneks med toilet og bad. Huset ligger rigtig godt og stille omgivelser og martyr, samt tæt på god strand.
