Large house with wilderness bath and playground

About our holiday home in Øster Hurup Welcome to our holiday home in Øster Hurup. The house you visit here, we have built together with our four beautiful children over 2020 and in 2021 we finished. Now it is ready to receive a lot of lovely guests who want to have fun, presence, and lots of time together… For there is plenty of opportunity for this in the house! What does the house contain? In the house there are six bedrooms - all with the possibility of making double beds in each room, if desired in the house there are fixed beds for twelve people. No bunk beds, just ordinary beds that stand on the floor, so everyone can easily crawl into bed after a wonderful day. There are cupboards or chests of drawers for storing clothes in all rooms. For the smallest heads you will find two weekend beds and two highchairs in the closets in the rooms. Of course, there is also a wall-mounted changing table in one bathroom and in the kitchen, you will find crockery, mugs, and cutlery for the children as well. When we have holidays in our family, we like to spend time together. On that basis, we have therefore chosen that the heart of the house should be a large total kitchen, family room and living room which is in the middle of the house. On each side of this common room, you will find a hallway with resp. three bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen well equipped with things and dishes for at least twelve people, and of course also a dishwasher, because no one must wash their hands when there is a holiday. Of course, there is also both washer and dryer in the house so everyone can be washed from outside to inside. The two bathrooms, which are located at each end of the house, have both shower and toilet in the large bathroom, you will also find a patio door to the large terrace. The door makes it easy and convenient to wash off before you jump out on the terrace in the lovely wilderness bath, outdoor shower, or a trip to the sauna which you will also find built into the terrace. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, so no one freezes the feet. In the outdoor area you will find two covered wooden terraces. On one terrace you have the most beautiful morning sun, and you can often hear the sea when you sit down in the cozy lounge set. On the other hand, you have the sun from noon until sunset. It is on this side of the house you will find the barbecue, the outdoor shower, the sauna, and the wilderness bath. The wilderness bath can be heated in 2-4 hours and the sauna lit up in 30 minutes. In the spring / summer, there will be tables, chairs, and lounge sets, so you can sit outside and enjoy the holiday when the weather allows it. In the garden you will find a large, buried trampoline and a football field with two goals. There is also a large play tower and two swings for the kids to play. Behind the house there is shrubbery which is ideal for cave construction. We have made a nice campfire site with seating for everyone and there are puff pastry sticks and popcorn you can borrow in the house. The garden has space and opportunities for all kinds of activities for both children, childish souls and at the same time it invites to fun and time together For those who cannot do without the network, it is of course also laid lightning-fast fiber network into the house, so there is the possibility of wireless wi-fi throughout the house. If you want to watch TV, you can use your favorite streaming services with your own access and codes. You will find one of Denmark's most beautiful and child - friendly beaches 700-800 meters from the house. You can reach it quickly by bike or a fresh walk. The city, the harbor, restaurants, ice houses, cafes and shopping are within approx. one thousand meters. We welcome you all in our holiday home. We have tried to make a wonderful place for everyone. The house can accommodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms and in the middle of the house a large kitchen/living room so there is room for everyone Outdoors there are 2 large terraces with wilderness bath, barbecue and sun loungers.
