Holiday flat suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 73 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1987. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 70 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 200 m² natural site. Situated 2300 m from the sea. Situated 500 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 1100 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 50 m. A 56 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Hereof a total of 56 m² enclosed terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

A shared indoor swimming pool is at your disposal, where you can play and have a good time together.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds.1 sleeping place in sofa bed (single). 1 of these sleeping accommmodations is located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing
The outdoor swimming pool is available in the period from 15th May to 30th September. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. You are allowed to bring 2 small dogs.

General:
Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Es verfügt über ein sehr großes Sofa und bequeme Betten. Auch Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet. Im Haus ist echt schöne Kunst verteilt in der die Farbe Rot eine zentrale Rolle spielt. Das spiegelt sich auch im Design vieler Küchenutensilien sowie dem großen Designer-Kühlschrank wieder. Auch die zwei großen Terrassen mit recht vielen guten Möbeln hat unsere gut gefallen. Durch die großen Bodentiefen Fenster kommt auch viel Licht ins Haus. Wir waren wiegesagt zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder..
