Welcome to this attractive residential complex where this modern holiday apartment awaits! The apartment is spread across two floors, elegantly furnished with large windows providing abundant natural light and beautiful views over the Wadden Sea.The first floor features a practical utility room, a bathroom, and an open-plan living and dining area combined with the kitchen. Here you can enjoy pleasant hours cooking, playing games, relaxing with a good board game or book. On cooler days, the eco-friendly wood-burning stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. From the first floor, you have direct access to the large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, sunbathe, and unwind.The second floor has a balcony that also offers magnificent views. Additionally, there are three large bedrooms upstairs, two with double beds and the third with twin beds. The comfortable beds guarantee a good night's sleep, ensuring you start each day refreshed and well-rested. There's a second bathroom on this floor, which, like the other, features underfloor heating.

There are countless walking and cycling paths where you can explore the beautiful island landscape. The bathing beach at Sønderstrand is just 1.5 miles (2.5 kilometres) from the apartment, and grocery shops are only a few metres away.
