In the beautiful nature of Helgenæs, you will find this cozy and spacious house situated on a lovely natural plot with a view of the sea. The house features a cozy and well-furnished living room with a wood-burning stove and access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the functional kitchen with access to a small terrace. The house’s seven sleeping places are distributed across four good bedrooms. There is a large bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. The house has several wonderful terrace areas with garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy both morning and evening sun. For the little holiday guests, there is a crib and a high chair.

The house is located about 300 meters from the water. The beach is a combination of stone and sand. It is not far from the house to the well-visited Sletterhage Lighthouse. From here, during the summer period, you can watch large ships arriving at and departing from Aarhus Harbor, as well as large luxury liners passing very close to the coast. The Helgenæs area is characterized by its unique nature and hilly terrain, wildlife, and fantastic viewpoints. In the area, you will find the German Tower, a relic from World War II, from which you can see as far as Samsø, Tunø, Aarhus, and the Odder coast. You will also find Ellemandsbjerg, a 99-meter-high hill that is a popular excursion destination. The house is located about 24 km from the town of Ebeltoft, which has many exciting tourist attractions. Here, you will find the Old Town Hall and the Frigate Jylland, and at the harbor, you will find the Glass Museum, which is well-known for its modern art. A little less than an hour's drive from the house is the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, Djurs Sommerland, which is definitely worth a visit.
