Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 74 m² and is build in 1970. In 2010 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home contains a combined washer and dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1400 m² garden site. Situated 80 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 5 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs. 2 Chromecasts.1 Bluetooth speaker. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Liebe jetzige und zukünftige Feriengäste! Wir verbringen nun schon seit einigen Jahren, immer zur selben Zeit, in diesem Ferienhaus unseren Urlaub. Das ganze Jahr freuen wir uns, wieder Zeit in unserem Lieblingsferienort zu verbringen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ein Traum, große Fenster, tollen Terrassen ums Haus, eine davon überdacht. Es gibt immer etwas zu sehen und ausser dem Meeresrauschen nichts zu hören. Erholung pur. Wenn der Wunsch besteht, etwas zu unternehmen ist dies innerhalb kurzer Zeit und Fahrtwegen möglich. Ein tolles Städtchen mit wunderschönen Geschäften, einem sehenswertem Hafen, sehr leckerem Eis und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Horsens ist für uns immer ein Ausflugsziel, kurzer Fahrtweg und eine Traumstadt als Belohnung. Das Haus selber ist wie für uns geschnitten, ausreichend Schlafzimmer, ein schöner Wohn-Essbereich, funktionale Küche. Für einen Urlaub ist alles vorhanden. Der Whirlpool wird von uns täglich genutzt, einfach schön zum entspannen mit toller Aussicht dazu. Für uns ist dieses

Das Haus ist gut und die Umgebung toll. Mit 5 Erwachsenen ein wenig eng und dann reicht ein Bad auch nicht aus. Leider war es auch nicht ganz so sauber. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Whirlpool war toll und das Meer sehr nah. Früh aufstehen lohnt sich, der Ausblick ist nämlich einmalig!
