Ferienhaus mit einzigartiger Lage direkt am Meer bei Klintholm Strand zwischen Nyborg und Svendborg auf Südfünen. Von Terrasse und Wohnzimmer aus kann man den tollen Ausblick auf das Meer genießen. Das Haus wurde 2001 renoviert und ist im modernen skandinavischen Stil eingerichtet mit einem schön möblierten Wohnzimmer mit Brennofen, großer Fensterfront und offener Küche, 3 Schlafräumen und modernem Badezimmer. Das gesamte Haus ist von einer großen Terrasse umgeben, die man von allen Räumen aus betreten kann. Am Ende des Grundstücks hat man direkten Zugang zum Strand mit Badesteg.

Das Gebiet

Dieses ruhige Ferienhausgebiet mit Badestrand liegt 15 km südlich von Nyborg in einer hügeligen und fruchtbaren Landschaft. 1 km vom Gebiet entfernt liegt Bøsøre Camping mit u.a. Erlebnisbad, Restaurant, Go-Cartbahn und Minigolf. Nyborg ist die größte Stadt auf Ostfünen mit vielen interessanten Geschäften und Restaurants, einem idyllischen Hafen, Golfplatz und Erlebnisbad.
