Cozy family summer house with unique charm, situated on a large, secluded natural plot in a beautiful area close to the North Sea and a lovely bathing beach. Here, you can hear the roar of the North Sea and the wind whispering through the treetops—and you simply can’t help but relax. The house has an open floor plan with easy access to the kitchen and direct entry to the outdoor areas. It’s the perfect place for a large family—or two families traveling together—looking for a peaceful and hyggelig holiday. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a 50L freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, a convection oven, microwave, air fryer, and dishwasher. The summer house has 4 bedrooms with sleeping space for 8 people, plus a baby cot for 1 child. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: • 2 sleeping places in a double bed • 6 sleeping places in single beds Two of the single beds are located in an annex. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a small sit-in bathtub. The summer house is 121 m², built in 1969 and renovated in 1995. The holiday home is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump. A washing machine is available, and clothes can be dried both indoors and outdoors. There is also a wood-burning stove, and for the little ones, there is a highchair. The property sits on a 4,422 m² natural plot just 375 m from the sea. There is a 27 m² terrace with shelter from the westerly wind and space for outdoor dining in the summer months. A barbeque is available. A sandbox is located near the terrace, and there are excellent opportunities for children and adults to explore the surrounding nature. There is an electric car charging outlet, and plenty of parking on the property. The nearest grocery store is 1,200 m, the ice cream shop is 400 m, the nearest towns are Løkken and Saltum, and Aalborg is only 40 km away. One pet is allowed.
