General:
Das Haus ist an sich sehr schön und gut aufgeteilt. Die Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage/Heizung ist modern und energieeffizient, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Allerdings gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt leider einige Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben. Die Raumbeleuchtung ist teilweise recht schwach, was besonders im Winter zu einer eher dunklen Atmosphäre führen dürfte. Zudem war die Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft nicht zufriedenstellend – das WC war nicht sauber, in den Betten befanden sich Haare, und viele Schubladen in der Küche waren deutlich verschmutzt. Auch der Grill war noch voller alter Kohle. „Sonne und Strand" hat zwar schnell reagiert und uns eine kostenlose Endreinigung angeboten, allerdings mussten wir zuvor selbst gründlich reinigen, um uns wohlzufühlen. Von den drei Doppelbetten war nur eines wirklich bequem, da zwei stark durchgelegen waren. Ebenso war eine Bratpfanne unbrauchbar, weil sie kaum noch eine Beschichtung hatte. Die CEE-Steckdose am Parkplatz, die zum Laden eines E-Autos gedacht ist, war leider ohne Strom und somit nicht nutzbar. Insgesam
