This beautiful and spacious holiday home is located in the first row to the water, directly behind the high dunes to the beach and the North Sea. The house is located at the end of a closed way in the quiet and scenic area of Langerhuse, near the Limfjord. The house is lovingly renovated and maintained, with a bright and cozy decor and from the living room on the first floor there is a beautiful view of the surroundings, as well as access to the south-facing balcony. The house has several beautiful terraces where you can find both sun and shelter. The staircase on the property leads through the dunes and directly down to the beach and the sea.

The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. The storeroom contains a freezer with a capacity of 120 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1326 m² dune site. Situated 75 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Access to a balcony. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
