The holiday home was renovated in 2013, featuring a new pool area with counter-current system and a mezzanine level with an extra television that's perfect for connecting gaming consoles. There's also a table football game - ensuring entertainment for children of all ages.

Adults can enjoy the luxurious hot tub and sauna, perfect for complete relaxation.

Excellent fenced terrace and swing set for little ones

The pool house sits on a tranquil plot sheltered by trees, offering a genuinely peaceful holiday setting. Children can play freely on the swing, enjoy football or the sandpit, while parents relax on the terrace.

The terrace is located on the south-eastern side of the house and is fully fenced, allowing children and dogs to play outside safely without constant supervision.

There's a shed for storing bicycles, and the holiday home benefits from solar panels and two heat pumps to keep electricity costs down: an air/water heat pump for the pool heating and an air/air heat pump for the living space.

The North Sea and Søndervig

The North Sea is a holiday highlight for most visitors. Located close to the house, it's perfect for walks year-round, whether during summer sunshine or winter months.

Søndervig's centre is approximately 1.9 miles (3 kilometres) from the house, offering numerous shops and restaurants.

For anglers in the family, there's a trout lake just a few hundred metres from the house, and a golf course approximately 1.2 miles (2 kilometres) away.
