The heart and meeting point of the house is the bright and practically furnished kitchen-living area. The kitchen, installed in 2020, has everything needed for a perfect holiday, including a 100-litre freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The corner sofa invites total relaxation - perhaps with a good book and cup of coffee in front of the crackling wood-burning stove.

There are two bathrooms, one featuring a whirlpool and sauna. Perfect for unwinding after a walk to the water or a long day at the golf course.

The eight beds are distributed across four bedrooms, with three rooms having double beds and the fourth featuring bunk beds.

The house also includes a washing machine and tumble dryer, particularly appreciated by families with children. A heat pump helps keep energy consumption low while maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout.

Here in Lodbjerg Hede, just a few minutes' walk from Stadil Fjord, there are many possibilities. A large 15,000-square-metre fishing lake is located just a few kilometres from the house - perfect for anglers.

There's also a golf course near the fishing lake. Here you can either work on your handicap or simply try out the new terrain.

The North Sea is just 1.2 miles (2 km) away, and the town of Søndervig, with its lovely restaurants, shops and shopping facilities, is 2.5 miles (4 km) away.
