From Lodbjerg Hede, it's only about 0.6 miles (1 km) to Houvig Beach with its fine white sand - and a few miles to the lively seaside resort of Søndervig with excellent shopping and dining options. Søndervig offers numerous shops, welcoming restaurants and ice cream parlours.
