Built in 1992 and extensively renovated in 2013, this holiday home with swimming pool features a new kitchen and bathrooms, plus practical wood laminate flooring throughout the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Two bedrooms offer double beds, while the other two each have twin beds. The spacious mezzanine includes four sleeping spaces and a flat-screen TV with additional receiver, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii - ideal for children. Two cots and two high chairs are also provided.

Both bathrooms are tastefully appointed with underfloor heating and showers. The bathroom in the pool area includes a sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer. The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and a 100-litre freezer. The living room, with its vaulted ceiling, is stylishly furnished with modern furniture, a large flat-screen TV with internet access, DVD player, Wii, iPod dock, wood-burning stove and complimentary Wi-Fi. An energy-efficient heat pump is also installed. The cosy pool area in the southern part of the house includes a hot tub.

The holiday home features two lovely terraces. To the west, there's a fully enclosed terrace, ideal for both children and dogs. To the east, you'll find a partially covered terrace, perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing barbecue evening. The well-maintained lawn provides plenty of space for children to play football, and there's a put-and-take fishing lake just 300 metres away.

A golf course is located just 1 km from the holiday home, while Søndervig is only 4 km away and Ringkøbing 10 km. Two dogs are permitted in the holiday home.
